As chef/owner of Seaweed Cuisine, Monique leads a highly creative team catering for events and weddings around Byron Shire. She focuses on highlighting the region’s top produce, working with each season’s bounty.
Seaweed Cuisine’s menus are from a well-travelled and multicultural background; all menus created to suit the region’s subtropical climate.
The Seaweed Bar is their fully licensed mobile bar offering cocktail menu, and beer and wine packages, complete with well-equipped team of RSA long-term staff.
